That Display Ninja VG279Q post is obviously not a real review since it lacks colorimeter and oscilloscope measurements, and even photos which prove the post creator actually has the monitor. Since there are no proper reviews

I have this monitor. It's good, I think.

Does not have 1 ms @ 144 hz, you need to go down to 120 hz and enable ELMB, which introduces strobe crosstalk (google it), and makes microstuttering more evident. 

@ 144 hz, it has about 4 ms response time (I can't tell the difference, only in testufo.com/ghosting), but in this mode G-Sync Compatible works flawlessly (so long as you cap your FPS in-game to 141 FPS). Good monitor, good colors, good viewing angles. Excellent stand/height/rotation adjustment. Looks very clean, and has nice clean bezels.
