although this is a 2 year old build, i still consider it a quite nice one.

Specs:

AMD 1090T (overclocked to 4.5Ghz)

8 Gb Gskill Flare ram (overclocked to 2000MHz)

Asus ROG Crosshair 4 mobo

2x Radeon HD 6950 (6970 bios, later replaced 6 pin connectors for 8 pin)

-crossfired and overclocked to 950MHz core clock, 1450MHz memory clock

Asus Xonar Xense + pc350 for sound

Bigfoot killer 2100 Nic

Antec HCP1200 psu

4x 1tb WD caviar black 7200 drives (raid 10)

water cooling loop consists of:

3 high performance waterblocks

- 1 cpu

- 2 full blocks for gpu

1 tripple 140mm radiator with 3 fans in push orientation

**cooling loop is split to allow gpu and cpu to get fresh coolant

system runs 28c idle, 40c load

currently running 3 screens in eyefinity 5760x1080

damn man that's pretty sweet

my first build was in 2001 for halo 1 then later down the road second build was for fable the lost chapters then crysis 1 and farcry 2 was my third build and my 3 latest builds i went from phenom x II 2 to a 4100 bulldozer to a x4 phenom II then to my i7 3770 my gpu went from a 5570 xfx to a sapphire 6870 to a 7970 i am super proud of everything i have done i wanted a 8 core but after i saw the heating issue i waited for i7 ivy bridge and i have never been so happy but i am waiting for a 8 core from amd that can take intel and rip them to bits then i will go back

Hey guys,

I thought I'd show you my LAN room. It's my spare bedroom measuring 11x14. I currently have 4 desktop PC's but I'm working on another build which is in progress. I had an electrician friend add two extra circuits so I could run my A/C unit the same time as all these machines. I'm sure I don't need to tell you it can get pretty toasty in here. I also have a dedicated HTPC but I will post that later on.
