Hi guys!
Here's a link with my PC (I build it myself).
I also have some plans for upgrades (another 8GB of RAM, NVMe SSD, 3 new and better fans and sleeved cables), but the salaries in Bulgaria are pretty low (95% of the companies pay the minimal salary - $350 per month.. it's that bad here) so... It's going to take a while :D
PS: When I was building this PC (september 2018), it costed around $800 in USA! (this is around 1400 bulgarian leva)
But here, in Bulgaria it costed me a little bit over 1200 US dollars (it costed 2050 bulgarian leva)... That's $400 difference in prices!
some pictures of it:

Here's my set up, my wife gave me a budget of $500 so it's not top of the line but a decent mid-range system. So far, no problems running Oculus games, Division 2 or Resident Evil. Please excuse the wiring mess (and missing side cover) on the last picture, that was before I was able to tidy it up. 🙃

ASRock B450M Promontory motherboard

Ryzen 5 2400G overclocked to 3.9ghz (maxes out at around 75-80 degrees celsius under heavy loads)

8 GB GSkill Ripjaws DDR4 RAM running at 2400mhz (overclocking this seems to cause system instability)

Gigabyte RX 570 w/ 4gb memory

Gigabyte 240gb SSD

500gb HHD

Oculus Rift

Originally, I was going to use just the igpu, but decided that I really wanted to try the Oculus and would need a dedicated graphics card. I should have gone with a Ryzen 5 2600X but am still impressed with the 2400G.

Here's another computer that I built for my brother in law. He gave me a budget of $300, but I was very impressed with the performance of this entry level system. He isn't a big gamer, but really enjoys playing World of Warships with his young sons. It ran this game on high settings without breaking a sweat. I'm sure he would be able to put in a GTX 1060 or RX 580 in the future if he really wanted a more capable gaming machine, but the Vega 8 is quite impressive!

ASRock B450M Promentory motherboard

Ryzen 3 2200G overclocked from 3.5 ghz to 3.7 ghz (temps never seem to exceed 75 degrees celsius)

8 GB DDR4 2400mhz RAM overclocked to 2666 mhz

Seagate 500GB HHD

I call it Thanos!

Ideally I would have a Titan (preferably an RTX Titan) if I'm going to be calling my build Thanos, but alas, I have not been blessed with the funds to afford such a card.

Before you jump to conclusions, I am in between builds at the moment.

Currently i have a,

I5 3550     (had since 2014)

RTX 2060       (just got it on 4/6)

16gb DDR3 1600 Mhz (got it 3/10)

Corsair CX 650M psu  (got it 3/21)

500gb hdd    (had since 2014)

The cpu was running at around 84°c so i decided I would use the best poorman's cooling method, no side panel + a fan.

This summer I plan on getting either a r5 2600x or zen 2 with a b450 tomahawk and 16gb (2x8gb) 3000mhz of Corsair Vengeance AND a Phanteks Eclipse P350X so i won't have to run the current method of cooling

My Current Rig

(((Currently in between builds)))

If part is listed as (NEW) it means that i recently bought it and it will be incorporated in my next build.

Figured I'd post a couple pics of the setup I've been piecing together since about 2010 😉

Setup consists of a hackintosh I built which powers the top 2 screens (50inch 4k left - 55inch 4k right) , It also dualboots to windows 10. Each OS has a dedicated 240gb SSD.

The middle 3 screens are powered by the Dell tower to the right which also has a 1050ti and is my Plex media server.

I also custom designed and 3D printed the mounts for those monitors.

The computer to the left is for work and is powered off outside work hours.

The entire setup is controlled through Synergy which the host is the bottom Surface Pro.

If anyone has any questions about my setup or wants any more detail feel free to ask!

My relatively conservative build.  It does need a bit of clean up work.  And actually I need a new case.  I have had this HAF-X for the past 8 or so years now.  The acrylic is pretty scratched up on it.  Specs are in the signature.

I am getting ready to move into a bit larger place next month.  A new desk will be added as well as a better 2nd monitor.  Only using a 26" TV for my second at the moment.  I hope to have some new pictures to share soon.
