Do you get any red lights on the motherboard upon bootup.  You should be recieving some kind of error code via digital or beeps.

don't the beeps come when you wire speakers a specific way?

This motherboard may need a BIOS update to work with 2nd gen Ryzen.

You are saying that you took one ram stick out.  Did you try it with only the one you took out too?

Just so other people dont have to look for it

0d - Reserved for future AMI SEC error codes

06 - Microcode loading

03 - System agent initialization before microcode loading

OE - Microcode not found

yea took one ram out and left one in and tried that still only goes to 03,0d or 06 postcode

it does not beep but has the QLED Lights and during start up it goes red then to yellow to red then green and stays green

in the manual it says (yellow)DRAM,(red)CPU,(white)VGA,(green)Boot

Check in the manual what that error code means.  Let us then take it from there.
