No power after upgrading

I added a new cooler and some ram and now there is no power to my pc. When I power it up nothing happnes. What could this be?

make sure your cpu fan connector is connected to cpu fan slot in motherboard. If that doesn't help, remove new ram, put old one back in and see if that helps
