Microsoft Surface Pro 3 Power bank charging

Hello i want to charge my laptop on the go and i want to know:

1. if it is possible (with my idea)

2. how to do it

3. is there a batter way (around the same price)

ok so i have an 30.000 mAh power bank with 4 ports 2x 1A and 2x 2.1A i want to buy 2040309372_Annotation2019-01-20123440.jpg.ea0a706b9371be84a9f2acdf43ff784c.jpg this cable and than with something like this885170750_Annotation2019-01-20123644.jpg.976bcc1a2860d7bdd88e75aa4d88689d.jpg conect it to 4 usb cables connected to power bank so they all charge the laptop.

so will this work in terms of Watage and how to connect the usb's (parallel or the other one)?

This is my power bank: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Remax-Portable-Powerbank-30000mAh-4-USB-External-Battery-Charger-Notebook-30000-mah-Power-Bank-For-iPhone/32815772730.html?spm=2114.13010708.0.0.795e4c4dHIxUsF

PS sorry for my eanglish

The big issue here is the voltage of the Surface Pro 3. It requires a 12v input, and that power bank only has 5v USB outputs. You could get a step up converter to create the 12v output, but then it would not have the amperage required to charge your device. Suffice to say no, I don't believe it's possible.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I agree with Bob here, won't work. Also, I would not advise buying anything from AliExpress.
