In the US and looking at around 1500 to 2000 to spend and would prefer over 5 hours of battery life. That’s why these two were the ones I was looking at

Umm using for medium to heavy mobile gaming and would prefer like 1-1.3 inches thick or less

You don't necessary have to go thin and light then, however many thin and light have big battery

Instead of getting a 1070MQ laptop, I suggest you to wait for 2060 laptops. The problem is, can you wait?

AW m17 with 2060 and 90Wh battery - be aware of potential CPU overheating issue

AW m15 with 2060, optional 144Hz IPS and 90Wh battery (no HDD) - be aware of potential CPU overheating issue

Dell G5 5590 with 2060, 144Hz IPS and optional 90Wh battery (no HDD)

Dell G7 7590/7790 with 2060 and optional 90Wh battery (no HDD)

Clevo N960TD
