"Controllers are better than keyboards"

Genre-specific. I play racing sims and flight sims using a controller because it's both better than a mouse/kb combo and cheaper than buying a flight stick and a good set of wheels and pedals. (although used to be you could buy this here beaut: http://akiba-pc.watch.impress.co.jp/hotline/990925/image/whl4.jpg )

THIS.

My samsung monitors have this too, and whats worse is they are always slightly out of sync  when flashing

I have a Dell and an LG. The LG is the culprit. On the Dell, the light just goes dull amber. How hard is it for everyone to do the same?

1) Touching Screens

2) Shitty software

3) People who install the stuff that is "reccomended" by ads.

3) People who take pictures and videos with phones

OP is probably going to hate me for this, but:

I have over 200 tabs open.

Unorganized files, lack of option to select a destination folder for an install, and when installers try to sneak some crapware that I don't want onto my system.

When people complain that their 12+ Mb/s internet is not fast enough. I have 2 Mb/s.

Sometimes it will dip down to less than Dial-Up for days on end :'(

I have some tech pet peeves or things that bug me. Here are some of mine:

  • Cluttered desktops
  • Cluttered desk tops (difference)
  • Downloading things into C:\
  • Distorted pictures
  • More than 30 tabs open
  • When people play games in a window if not needed
  • When someone opens up their laptops and it looks like they spit on it 87 times a day

What are some of yours?

What is wrong with downloading on C ????????????????

Also when people throw around their laptops when the HDD is reading or writing and then wonder why they need new HDDs all the time.

Is this thread necrotic?

anyway, I'd like to add when people rely on tech websites for information about humanity (eye biology, psychology, social sciences, finance etc).  It's like people don't realise that just because there is a crossover between tech/gaming (a topic they know) and psychology ( a topic they know jack shit about) doesn't make them fucking experts in said field.

Grammar and spelling is not indicative of intelligence/knowledge.  Not having the same opinion does not always mean lack of understanding.

When people think that having 7 devices on a single access point is going to severely degrade the performance. Even when none of the devices are using the network resources.

When the threads on the locknuts of a DVI or VGA connector don't engage. Drives me bonkers.

I cannot be held responsible for any bad advice given.

I've no idea why the world is afraid of 3D-printed guns when clearly 3D-printed crossbows would be more practical for now.

My rig: The StealthRay. Plans for a newer, better version of its mufflers are already being made.
