does this exist on all psus to some degree? my current 750 watt one and my old 700 watt both suffer from it too some degree. There are both corsair but are bronze. What am I doing wrong?

As far as I know, GPUs and PSUs are mostly affected by coil whine. My last 3 GPUs had coil whine, my brother's EVGA G2 PSU also has coil whine. Thats just the way it is.

I have been experiences buzzing sounds coming from my PSU. It seems to depend on what I am doing, such as it is very loud running a game at extremely high fps, like in an uncapped menu, or releasing only slight murmurs if I am just sitting on my desktop. I do not hear any sounds at all when I am in the motherboard bios. I have read that this could have something to do with coil whine, but I experienced a similar issue with my old pc. My new pc has a psu that is only a month or two old, anything I could do to fix this?

You can't really fix coil whine, its either there or its not.  Coil whine is not harmful though, just annoying.

Main system: Ryzen 7 7800X3D / Asus ROG Strix B650E / G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO 32GB 6000Mhz / Powercolor RX 7900 XTX Red Devil/ EVGA 750W GQ / NZXT H5 Flow

It doesn't do it in BIOS because maybe the fan is idling getting ready for the work load ahead.

What kind of PSU is it?

While some coil whine is normal, it shouldn't be so loud that you can hear it without putting your ear right up to the PSU.
