Is this guy's overclock legit?

I was browsing PCPP after looking at the feature of the day, then I saw in the recent builds that this guy got his 4790k to 5.74Ghz with an AIO. Is that even possible? Is something being misread? 

Task manager claims his 4790k is at 5.74Ghz.

Task manager is extremely unreliable in terms of displaying core speed. If he were to show CPU-Z numbers that would be slightly more believable.

I was pretty sure something was wrong, I know that task manager is absolute shit when it comes to collecting and showing data.

I'm chalking it up to guy was just mistaken. If he was trying to trick us we wouldnt be seeing all the information suggesting an actual clock speed of 4.8ghz. not everyone is tring to be a troll, some people just make mistakes ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

My 3770k system used to say 6.01 GHz in task manager.... it was a really 4.6 GHz. 4.6, 6.01, meh, what’s the difference anyway ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
