No "Comments" and "Complete Build" option/button/tool on My PCPartPicker Page

Hi guys,

 

Does anyone know if it's normal as it is or I got different something?

 

That is I have no option/button/tool on PC Part Picker site to post any comment on any other posts or post a topic in the forum, and also I can't find the option/button/tool to post a "Complete Build" of my saved part list..

 

I googled this problems, and found on most discussion about this problems and all the given answers doesn't exist on my pages.

 

I signed up my account to this site recently, so, did I miss something which limit the feature on my account for this page?

 

If I logged out, that big blue button to create complete build is there, but when I logged in, it disappears from where it was..
