Is this monitor still any good? (ASUS VS247H)

So I currently have an ASUS VS247H and was looking into upgrading it. I am noticing that the colors look very off sometimes on my monitor and i'm also not 100% sure whether it's true 8 bit color or if it's 6-bit+FRC. On the ASUS website it says 8 bit but idk. I was also looking at upgrading my GPU from a 1060 to an RTX 2060. Which would you guys recommend first?
