Looking for the proper monitor for me

My monitor also isn't gsync or freesync compatible so I'm really not in a great situation with my current monitor. For browsing or content consumption, sure, but not for gaming.

dang, that stinks. Adaptive sync is a dream, I can't wait to try it out on my 1070ti and freesync display tomorrow.

Looks decent to me, though read the reviews.

Also, assuming the refresh rate is 144hz. If I can drive beyond, say, 120fps, does G-sync really matter? Will I be seeing screen tearing?
