What cable is this?

I pulled this optical drive out of an old broken Toshiba laptop and if it's still working I want to try to use it in my PC. I know that the connector on the right is SATA and I assume that the left one is for power but I don't recognize it or know how to search for one to buy. Any help is appreciated!

Its a slim optical SATA connector, you need a cable to break it out to desktop SATA/power.
