I mean... technically nothing is impossible, but in general, the answer is no.

No, you can't open a sealed AIO.

get some cablemod sleves, they have AIO sleving. if you really want something better looking you sould just make your own loop

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Fractal does (from what I can remember), but I don't think the manufacturers will do that on these types of units, since people are already very anxious of the tubes breaking and 'water' flying around their PC; frying everything.

Those are called "expandable AIOs" and they cost more money.

You might as well build a custom loop because most of them are pretty crappy.

if you want to do this, i'd just suggest to get a full custom loop. by the point you have gotten all the necessary tools to convert an AiO to custom tubes you may as well get everything custom and put the AiO on the shelf.

Just adding a note that I was told by Fractal you could 'extend' the AIO run or replace tubes, but if you do so even to refill the radiator the only thing the warranty will cover at that point will be the radiator (not system damage, pump failure, etc.).  Better to not depend on an AIO pump to handle a large circuit of tubing I would think, and also it's going to be PITA to do anything with the fluids without a reservoir.

The whole point of AIO is to offer water cooling as cheap and hassle-free as possible.
If you want fancy looks, get a custom loop

At that point ,, why use an AIO ? Your bassicaly customizing it. . so just build a cheap custom loop.

Yes, you can replace the black rubber tubes, but not with acrylic hard line. I used 1/4" ID vinyl tubing with my kraken coolers.
