laptops HP Spectre 13-af090nz : Is this only available outside the US?

I recently discovered this new Spectre by HP, and I love the look of it. Strangely though I can only find it outside the US on the Switzerland HP store. Is this system only available outside the US? If so thats a bummer cause Ive been searching for a new system and this one would be perfect for me.

It's called Spectre 13. Different regions have different configs

 

Why do you want this laptop though. A bit pricey and have some issues

No particular reason, its mostly the aesthetics of it.

That's a weak reason TBH, there are many things to look at when purchasing laptop
