im buying a new high end gaming pc my budjet is like 2100$  and I was thinking ryzen 7 2700X and 1070ti turbo Cerberus and do I need a sound card? plz if u know some good computer parts can u plz tell me some

Do you plan to include monitor, keyboard, speakers, mouse, etc. into the budget, or is your budget only for your computer?

sound cards are only there for software these days, you're better off using your onboard audio or get a external dac/amp if you really need it. 2100 dollars us I assume? and only the tower, or anything else in the budget too?

If you have 2100 $ US you can think about something stronger than a 1070,

Maybe a 2070 if you have to first buy a 1440p 144 hz monitor with your budget. 

If you already have a nice monitor you might be able to fit a 2080 in your build

The on-board audio is more than good enough these days.

You don't specify what peripherals you need, so I'm assuming that you just need a tower. You won;t need a sound card, onboard sound has come a long way and everything will have 7.1 these days which is more than adequate. I have mine hooked up to a sony 7.1 amp via TOS and it sounds damn good.

 

So assuming you just need case/cooler/ram/cpu/graphics/storage... You could afford an I5 9600K and a Z370 MB, 16GB ram and a 2060 (as fast as the 1070 for about the same money). A 1TB ssd and room for a case, cooler and some extra fans if needed. Depending on deals available... you might even be able to stretch to an I7

For 300$ you can get a nice deal on a monitor. 

 

This is not the final build I would recommend you. Just something on the few informations you gave us. 

 

Do you only game or do you stream as well?

What games do you play? Any productivity applications? Do you want to overlook? Are you afraid of overclocking? (depending the answer of the second question I would either recommend a 2x00X or or a 2x00) 

All the other questions everyone else asked you. 

 

With your budget you could go i9 9900k if you want the best money can buy you for gaming. And only need the pc and nothing else.
