Please do a secret shopper with multiple Apple products. I am thinking one of each product, probably ordered online. OR going to different retailers and see what they say like a ipad from bestbuy and macbook from apple store. And then dealing with the repair aspect will be the last few videos.

For the boxers I would say make the band wider instead of the LTT logos bigger. Have you tested if the logo leaves an imprint?
