Huawei Matebook D VLT-WX50 Charging Temp. Issue

Hi, everytime i plug in my charger my fan turns on, the temp goes from ~55C to 80-100C and package power goes from 5W to 15-27W. Does anybody know how/why? Is this normal?

Intel Power Gadget log is attached if anybody wants to have a look, you can clearly see when i plug the charger in.

What CPU?

Undervolt CPU and make a custom profile with lower turbo ratio limits (via Throttlestop)

Nothing to do with warranty

Here's a guide. To change turbo ratio limits, go to FIVR, on the left bottom corner (turbo ratio limits) set multi core turbo ratios to lower values (eg 34,34,34,34 to 34,30,26,22)

Probably bad firmware/BIOS (badly tuned power states)
