Is my motherboard compatible?

IAMD Ryzen 5 2600

MSI X470 Gaming Plus

Kingston Technology HyperX Predator Black 8GB Kit 3200MHz DDR4 CL16 DIMM XMP Desktop Memory HX432C16PB3K2/8

Yes. Use this site https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/

Unless OP lives somewhere else, then it would be pcpartpicker.com instead

edit: that’s assuming he/she is in the US

Alright and I also have a gtx 1070 so with that and all those parts do you think a 500 watt power supply should be fine powering all this?

It’s like a 500 watt EVGA 80 plus. Do you think that should do the job?

Eh. It will "work" but invest in a decent psu. Where are you buying everything from?

Amazon doesn't have the cheapest prices, though prime is nice. There are different sites with lower prices, so keep that in mind

I'm going to recommend it again, use pcpartpicker.com

It makes sure all the parts are compatible when you put them into a list, and gets you the best prices

And please invest in a better power supply if you have the money for it.

Ok thanks. Do you think I should get 8gb 3200 MHz or 16 gb 2400 mhz?

You'll struggle with 8GB but it'll perform better so if you're able to get another 8gb in the near future go for that. Make sure it'd dual channel aswell. If you can't get the 16gb.

Honestly I’d look into 2x8 2666mhz, if you go for 16

but if going for 8, then 2x4 3200mhz will be fine, but keep in mind you will be limited
