SERVO MOTOR AVR (AC motor not moving)

I had a problem with my servo motor control AVR

the ac motor switch is not moving anymore to it's carbon brass assembly.

Because of this, during low/high voltage spike, it can't move/produce noise  anymore
compare to it's batch of avr that is today in my lab assigned. 

But I can still able to plugin device in this AVR. I'm afraid if this AVR

can't regulate volts anymore. Is there a possibility that this AVR can be repair

to an expert in electronics?
