Return the AiO for a refund and grab a cheaper but equally performing air cooler? to me Dark Rock Pro 4 has made all other coolers obsolete, amazing performance, low noise and great aesthetics.

Just set the radiator in the front with the ML140's pushing air through the radiator. The front only allows for either 3x120mm fans or 2x140mm.

Not possible. The 280 rad only has holes for 140mm fans. You might as well take @Princess Cadence's advise if you want to use those fans.

Some people i have seen they replaced the front 120mm fans infront of the case with 140mm ones and they mounted the radiator behind those fans.

That's what I said earlier. You just can't use the 120mm in the front along with the two 140mm.

Should work, but there is only room for two 140mm.
