Aorus AX-370 Gaming 5

That option is for configuring two NVME drives to work in RAID.

NVME is the standard for PCI-E based SSD-s that connect through M.2 or the PCI-E slot (via an adapter card).

You don't have 2 drives of the sort, so no RAID for you.

Hi, I have a question about a setting or two in BIOS. In the CHIPSET tab, there's a NVMe RAID mode and it's disabled by default. Should this setting be enabled or should I leave it as it is ? Will this have any impact (positive or negative) on the SSD performance ? My primary drive is Samsung SSD 960 PRO 1TB NVME M.2. while Samsung 850 EVO 250gb is just a backup drive (pics, movies, music, etc..).

You can't configure 2 different sized drives in raid, so leave that off
