a way to dim only blue pixels 0-100% on android phone and windows

I tried a bunch of blue light filters apps and they all just add a colored tint to the screen instead of dimming the blue pixels. so black has a colored tint to it instead of just being black

This is how colors should look with no blue light.

  R ,  G ,  B

000,000,255 (blue) should show up black (000,000,000).

255,000,255 (purple) should show up red (255,000,000).

000,255,255 (cyan) should show up green (000,255,000).

255,255,255 (white) should show up yellow (255,255,000).

000,000,000 (black) should still be black.

windows blue light filter does this kinda but also adds red tint.

so does the built-in android blue light filter kinda, the problem is the max it dims the blue pixels is like only 50%. I want 0-100% dimming of blue pixels.

some of the apps might block 100% of the blue light but it also adds a red tint to everything. witch bugs me. black should still be black.

is there a way to accomplish this? and maybe a better one for windows too because in addition to dimming the blue pixels it also adds a red tint.

Of course there's going to be a color change. There is literally no way to avoid it. And I doubt you can turn off the blue colour for a single pixel (well, a whole screen, but you know what I mean). I mean, maybe there's some kind of colourblind thing that you could use, but I doubt it.

White is the reflection of all colors so if you get rid of blue from white then it is no longer white.

on my monitor, I can go into the color settings to preset modes then do custom color and turn blue all the way down to 0 and get the desired result. but I can't do that on my phone. and for the computer, it's kinda a hassle to manually set all 3 monitors to 255,255,000 every night then have to change them back in the morning.

You could try this f.lux: software to make your life better

Don't know if it does exactly what you want, but might be worth a shot.

that's the point. at night I want anything that's supposed to be white to show up yellow so there is no blue light.

is there an android phone version?

I don't know to be honest, there's tons of apps that claim to filter blue light/night mode  https://play.google.com/store/apps/collection/search_results_cluster_apps?clp=ggETChFibHVlIGxpZ2h0IGZpbHRlcg%3D%3D%3AS%3AANO1ljII3P0&gsr=ChaCARMKEWJsdWUgbGlnaHQgZmlsdGVy%3AS%3AANO1ljKdOh8&hl=en_GB
