Adware/Virus Problem Fixed, Thanks!

With some advice from people I sorted out my issues without a restore. I went through my entire computer from top to bottom. Deleted everything except what came with it and WoW/LoL and skype. Kept my music and some pictures and important text files.

 

It ended up being a combination between an extension in Chrome as well as some programs to be removed. I believe I removed the root of the problem and sorted out my registry & files.
