Sorry for the necromany, but are there any signs of this monitor actually reaching the light of day?

I've never liked ultrawides for competitive gaming, which is where I get the most out of 120+ hertz. I need my HUD elements to be close to the center of the screen, and the games I play don't let me adjust their positioning at all. Personal preference, but I'll always prefer 16:9. Now, for work, ultrawides are great, so if someone had limited desk space, I can see the benefit of having a singular display for gaming/editing.

Desktop: 7800x3d @ stock, 64gb ddr4 @ 6000, 3080Ti, x670 Asus Strix

 

Laptop: Dell G3 15 - i7-8750h @ stock, 16gb ddr4 @ 2666, 1050Ti

Great Monitor. Good Luck trying to get a system which can hit 4k 144hz with the lastest AAA titles. Wait a few years at least for the price of these monitors to go down and the GPU hardware to ramp up to push them frames.

 

By the time you can hit that 144hz there will be something better and cheaper out there.

It's not 4k though. So, it's a lot easier to run, and thus makes sense for most titles. Easily driven by a top tier card.
