HP printer refuses to print documents on both sides

For the past 2 hours, I have been trying to make my printer do this kind of thing. So far no success. Clean uninstall of drivers and reinstall did nothing so far. Even restarted my computer a couple times did nothing

does your printer have remaining cartridge ink?

Yep it does..Both the pink and black one

well does it worked phone via wifi to print a document?

How would that be done for my windows 10 OS? I tried searching it up but nothing on how to do it for my windows 10 OS system.
