i turned it on but nothing showed up on screen the gpu is connected and in place but this means i cant get into bios or install windows

Hi, so i just finished building my pc and i turned it on but nothing showed up on screen 

the gpu is connected and in place but this means i cant get into bios or install windows also my usb slots on my motherboard dont seem to be powering my keyboard or mouse yet the 

lights on the mobo and other components are working

Please help me

Your B350 motherboard most likely needs a BIOS update to work with a 2nd gen Ryzen CPU like the R5 2600.

but the pc dosent show anything up when i turn it on

You can only update your motherboard's BIOS using a 1st gen Ryzen CPU (like a R5 1600)

so my 2600 is the reason i cant get into the bios
