lines on the screen

This started more than a month ago, everytime I start my pc, this lines will display on the screen for a while, it's becoming worse with time, more lines and a little longer, tehn after a while it's fine, if I restart my pc it will flocker a line or two, it's after being off for a while that does it more.

What can it be? This monitor has less than a year. It's an AOC Q3279VWF VA 31.5" QHD 75Hz FreeSync.

do the lines show up even with no video input? if so it's most likely either the panel or the cable leading into the panel, had the same issue on one of my older laptops, had to take it apart and re-solder the ribbon cable

The lines only show up after entering windows, no lines on the UEFI or boot screen.

I forgot to mention it's not the GPU, I switchted to another GPU yesterday, so I guess that can be reuled out.

I can't see the picture because i'm at work, it could be a bad port on the video-card or the monitor, it could also be the cord itself, check and see if it happens at all resolutions or just a couple

It's not a picture, it's a video. Ok, I will check maybe with HDMI, I don't have another DisplayPort cable or port.

Thats looks like interference tbh. i would initialy suspect the cable.

But why do I only get interference after I turn the monitor on? And the longer the monitor is off, bigger the interference... I didn't use to have this problem and I didn't add anything new close to the cables.
I'm lazy so I haven't tried with HDMI yet, but the cable seems perfectly fine, it's relatively new, came with the monitor.

Good news I think, I've just changed to a HDMI cable and the lines are completely gone, working perfectly... So I guess the DisplayPort cable is to blame, or can it be the monitor's displayport port? The cable looks phisically fine.

Well it's not the cable. This morning when I turn on the PC and the monitor I got the interference again for a minute.

I found that the lines/interference only happen at 75Hz and not at 60hz, what gives?

I would test a different input device next then.

I mentioned before, I've switched the GPU, happens with both GPUs. It's on the monitor side..

I was never able to fix the problem yet. I think it got worse with time.

I made this video that shows it better:

This now happens everytime I start the pc in the morning, lasts for 10 minutes, it only happens when at 75Hz, at 60hz it's fine.
