Modded Xbox Controller WTB

I want to buy a modded Xbox controller but the guy selling it lost the instructions so it's practically useless. He said the brand is 'Dynamic Essentialz' and I did some YouTube searches and it seems pretty cool.

Does anyone know if I can find/download a set of these instructions?
