Ryzen 5 2400g

2×4gb 3200mhz ddr4

ASRock B450 PRO4 motherboard

1TB WD Blue

Raidmax XT series 500W

1080p monitor (havent decided which exact model to get)

3× 120mm RGB fans

Raidmax Vortex 4  ATX mid tower case

Upgrades:

1st : RX 570

2nd : A better quality PSU

Other details :

I'll be using the integrated vega 11 iGPU while

I'm saving up for a RX570

First few games I'll be playing

•CSGO

•GTA V

•Dota 2

Is this a good enough build for a first time PC builder?

Should I upgrade the psu that early?

Not bad all around but you're spending more on RGB fans than is necessary for a first build, especially a budget system at that. Just get a better PSU right away. The Corsair CX450 is a good quality PSU and will be good for when you get an RX 570. And you should also get a 250GB SSD for your OS, it makes a huge difference. Ditch the RGB fans, for now, they won't improve your system in any way but a better PSU and an SSD will.

In that case all good then, but if you can spare the extra bit of money it is worth it.

How much is that PSU you are looking at the CX450 is only $44usd. Or do you already own all these parts?

I was thinking that i should first put the OS on the HDD then later transfer it to the SSD

Or is that a bad plan?

It's a lot easier to do it now, and it's only $33 for 240GB, you can get a 120GB one for $20

OR

when my pc is running  I should immediately  save up for a PSU then use that when i have the rx570
