Can't reset pc, Please help

Hey guys, so I really need to reset my pc, it has gotten aa little slow, and while trying to do so, I ended up with an error i.e. "There was a problem resetting your pc". I have tried it twice, watched a few youtube tutorials, but nothing seems to work.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Create a new install USB and just do a clean install. Troubleshooting for hours is wasted time on Windows.

Not through Microsoft's media creation tool or Rufus, which makes it a pain in the ass. I'd just use the slower drive then.

  • 4 months later...

Try before resetting your PC, to uninstall your current Anti-virus program.
