DOES anyone work as an amazon account specialist XD?

Seriously this is absolute more than a literal joke

 

1 month ago someone used my account to buy shit on my amazon and then it locked my account saying... CAN YOU CONFIRM THIS CARD ENDING IN 39

 

Oh sureee beacuse i have the FRAUDSTERS CARD DONT I

 

so for 1 month literally everyday ive been emailing calling live chat and what do i get each time? the amazon support just fowards it to a specialist what tell me to ......... wait for it..................... VERIFY THE CARD ENDING IN 39 ... WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

IVE replied to the amazon email if told support to tell them its NOT my card.. .what do i get? the same shit response/... so what are my options?

 

does anyone know a account specialist who works for amazon or know amazons boss number beacuse no joke what can i actaully do now?/?? if i cant contact support or the specilaist how am i gonna fix this??????????

Just tell them that your account is compromised.

Or just register another Amazon account with a different email and forget about it.

You should contact your bank instead and get a new card if they are still using it.


Make sure to quote or tag people, so they get notified.

Remove the card from your account?????

 

Consider scanning your PC for trojan password stealer and any other threats.

Let me get this straight

Someone added their own credit card (or a stolen one) to your account, made purchases with it, had it locked up and now you can't access the account at all because Amazon is asking for the numbers on the card?
Are you able to reach your settings at all to delete said card from your account or does it just ask for the card number the moment you log in?
Did you not have your own card in the account? Can't you get them to verify the account with it?

This whole thing sounds a little unbelievable, like why would anyone even bother doing that in the first place?

^This, are you sure a family member/ friend hasn't borrowed your account for something
