need help with RTX 2080 specs

I was going to buy a rtx 2080 gpu but need help choosing

 

what is the difference between RTX 2080 normal cards, RTX 2080 OC and RTX 2080 Founders edition.

Can someone provide me with some exact spec differences.

avoid the FE, as temps are the worst out of the bunch, most of the other cards just have better cooler, a few, mainly in the 875-900usd range has custom pcb and ocs 2-3% higher.

 

I recommend the 700usd selection from newegg.

The RTX Founders edition is basically the Nvidia released graphics card. The overclocked version (OC) of the RTX Series is overclockable and you can run it higher then its specified speed. The Normal RTX Cards have just 8gb of VRAM and they can overclock also.

I thought FE  cards are better than reference cards. Can anyone explain that

FE card is a reference card with a crappy cooler, other board partners (brands) have the choice of using the reference pcb and put a better cooler on it, or use a custom pcb (usually cost 100+ usd more)
