Firestrike/Time Spy still not finding my hardware

the struggle continues. Got Windows 10. Redid all AMD drivers to current 18.12.1xx restarts and turned off Fresync on AMD settings and the monitor itself. like the program suggests. Still cannot find my Vega 56. How do I fix? I downloaded the other system finder software also and nothing.. I can see all my hardware on the main page as shown below. What am I doing wrong?
