is mega.nz still a legit site for storing files?

I used to use that size for a while, but I felt that not many people use it these days,

is it still a legit site to store some files? 

nothing personal, just some movie clips as well as documents I don't want to lose. 

once it is there I don't think I will touch it for a while.

 

it has 50GB which is plenty for some documents as well as photos.

here's the problem, they have like 3 gb -10 gb IP restriction unless you buy their subscription, meaning even if you have 50gb stored, they wont let you download that 50 gb at once, make you wait 6 hrs to download again. its frustrating. and that site is legit but its used for anything but legit.

I see. so you deposited 100 bucks in the bank and the bank told you you can only take out 10 bucks at a time...

I've downloaded stuff from that site before....

 

However... trying to download something from there is sketchy as hell. You get through like 8 redirects until you actually get to the button that actually downloads the file.

Yeah it is still one of the best Cloud that I’ve ever used, it’s very helpful when I need it.

New accounts won't have 50GB free anymore, just saying. I still use it to store my files that I wouldn't want to lose, nothing bad happened for 3+ years
