Streaming/Editting/Gaming PC [1500 Euro]

So back then i already asked a similar question,

but i wanna change it a bit. So i need a computer that's good enough for streaming/editting/gaming and that can handle 2 monitors.

With a budget around 1500, i don't mind going a little over the budget but around that.

Anyone that has any good builds for this?

 

I'm from the Netherlands so parts from Germany/Europe would be great!
