Who noticed that HP POST beeps are loud?

Today, my HP started to make loud beeps (don't worry, it was just the power supply wasn't plugged in all the way, not bringing enough watts to the pc) and it was louder then my Dell laptop and most PCs. I have no idea why HP decided to make them so loud, that it wakes up everyone in the house at like 2:43 AM.

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

oh yeah that 2:43 am thing wasnt real but it could happen
