Is my RAM incompatible with ryzen?

Brace

So i bought a 2x8 gb kit of Trident Z rgb model number F4-3200C16D-16GTZR. This kit is support by my Asus 450 f-gaming motherboard but I read somewhere that only the GTZRX works with Ryzen. Im getting a lot of crashing with error codes that have something to do with either drivers or memory management. Any help on what to do next would be great as I'm currently sitting here with a 1500 dollar paper weight

i got that same RAM in my 1600/x370 build, works great with 3666OC.

make sure your UEFI/BIOS is running the latest update.

I cant get on my computer long enough to download any drivers at this point. I've been trying to completely reset it but it crashes half way through that aswell

Like only use one of the sticks? Then what?

use only one DIMM in one DIMM slot and retest.

yes, this way we may determine either a mobo or DIMM issue

I'm down to one stick and am currently at 47% done reseting my pc, wish me luck. I also have an rmi lined up if need be. Thanks for all your help.

I was able to restart my pc all the way with only one stick what does that mean?

either the IMC of the CPU is not co-operating, if other DIMM failed then contact RAM manny, or a config is corrupted

I'll be honest, I didn't comprehend any of that
