Although even with this, my frames are still around 40 fps, can someone help?

 

Specs:

Mobo: H310M-K

CPU: i3-8100 @3.6 GHz

GPU: GTX 1060 6GB Gaming X

Ram: DDR4 2666 MHz 8GB

PSU: 550w Bronze

I mean, this is a mid range gaming rig... at best. You can't expect tons of frames if you're playing above 1080p. Plus you only have single channel memory, so that certainly doesn't help things.
