You better have overclocked it. It's an entirely different card once you do.

I have the voltage at 1037, core at 955, and memory at 2300

Just put in a Sapphire Radeon 7950 with Boost!

 

Does an average of 194 FPS on that Bioshock Infinite Test.

I got a ROG STRIX-GTX1060-O6G-GAMING. 

It is a little op for a 1060 but it is very quiet while gaming.
