Can't buy music on play music

So when I go into play music and press on the top left 3 horizontal lines icon there is no option to buy music. I have to go to the album overview section and tap on the 3 verticle dots on 1 album and tap on shop for this artist then it brings me to the play store but then it says to view this content, install and set up a web browsing app. Any ideas on how go fix . I'm using  samsung s8 BTW
