What is the best graphics card for 1920x1080 resolution???(1080p)

Nvidia and AMD. (Need answers for both)

CPU:  Ryzen 7 2700X 8 Core 3.70 GHz and will be using the stock cooler

Monitor:  I'll be using any 1920x1080 monitor that have 144hz either with gsync, freesync or without.

Thanks and happy gaming...

Best? Titan RTX.

Best to get 144hz in most games at 1080p = 1080ti (or 2080ti if you are willing to fork over the extra $$$)

Most fps / $ (with acceptable fps) = GTX 1070 (used for 250 Euros / $) or AMD Vega 56 (300 euros / $ used, not as good value as gtx 1070).

Spoiler

Samung Tab S 8.4

Right now I play CSGO, Overwatch and light games using my laptop that barely can even run overwatch.

I am planning on playing real high-end games and do some productivity too who knows.
