My dad needs a new work laptop for under $500 US dollars

Preferably with 8gb of ram 

and a ssd

any help or ideas are appreciated

No idea how much do Ryzen 5 laptops cost in USA but I think they are around that price. Maybe Ryzen 3 if it's way over budget.
