Do you mean being able to mark the popup notifications as read so they don't increase the bell counter? Unfortunately that's not possible with the forum software.

I'd love to have this for not only the notification "menu" (the bell) but also for the notifications that pop up in the bottom left corner when you receive them. Would this be easy to implement?? Thanks!
