Add a "Content is better suited to a status update" report option

Currently we only have 'something else' which doesn't really describe the issue.

Wouldn't that just be "Doesn't meet subforum posting guidelines" or "Trolling or pointless content" (mostly the pointless content on the latter) though?

I guess it kinda does fit the "doesn't meet subforum guidelines" option, but it's kinda obscure since it's actually the entire forum's guidelines and not the subforum guidelines.

Why, just why, would you have need to post just that? I would almost classify it as spam, knowing Mortis does read this section everytime he logs in with more time. Which is twice a week at minimum.

Does this need a response? I imagine this being  thing to add into update notes. I've seen him answering posts after updates when things are actually fixed or added. Be happy that there isn't straight 'no'. I think I've only seen him answer 'yes' when its something quick to add. Since this might require some tweaking to auto-mod module, I imagine it being added on bigger update.
