Netflix Session Hosting?

I thought this whole RDP thing would work, but from the sounds of it, it won't. How can I create a solution for these people, would Citrix or Silverlight help me?

If they're within eyesight, you could setup a micro-tower and share internet over that. Become a WISP.

 

But no, you're not going to do a better job at delivering content than youtube or netflix (already using silverlight). If a one lane road connects to a 4 lane bridge, it's still a one lane road.
