If I were to take every computer in the world, remove all the CPUs, what CPU would I have the most of? I've googled it, but I could not find the answer. I'm really curious. I was under the impression it was the Pentium 4, but that doesn't seem right to me. EDIT: I'd appreciate some reasoning and resources

I'm living in Asia. If I bought something expensive like a laptop from Amazon how can I make sure It will deliver to my door safely? And If something happened how can I get the warranty? I think its not a good Idea to buy something from Amazon while living out of US, Europe or Canada.

So I'm thinking of developing an app for a certain application but I'm stuck on a certain principle and online I see a lot of conflicting information. So I was hopeing there are some people here who can give some advice about the rules which apply here (Worldwide). So I want to have an app where people can agree on certain things and these things are stored in the form of contracts (I try to keep it a bit vague here because I don't want anyone else making it ). These contracts can be used later to show certain things are agreed upon, but I don't want to store the information about it in a way that I as a database owner knows between who the contract is or what is is about. This is purely ment as a service. So I was thinking about having some kind of signing of the contracts and here I have my first snag. What kind of digital signage is aproved by courts worldwide? I was thinking about using fingerprints from both parties because these are almost unique and can be validated. Also most mobile phones nowadays have fingerprint sensor so you can use it easly. The signing should be as easy as possible and preferbly don't use any kind of password. So my idea was the person writes down his or her name and gives a fingerprint to sign that the person agrees with the term stated in the contract. So would a court see this as a valid contract between two parties? Or could this be rejected in court? Now because I don't want to store the date in a way I can access it my self I was thinking of using a reversible crypto which encrypts both fingerprint data and the names of the parties 2 times. It uses the name of one of the parties for the first encryption and for the second encryption it uses the other name. So only if you know one of the names of the parties should you be able to get the information back. This is due to the fact that maybe when you are in court one of the parties doesn't want to cooperate so only one fo the parties should be able to present all data from the contract with just his or her information. When such situation occurs one of the parties can "unlock" the contract to show the contents by providing the name he or she used to sign the document. And by providing the fingerprint he or she proves that he or she is one of the parties. The other party can then provide the fingerprint to show he or she is the other party. If he or she doesn't want to give a fingerprint for validation this could be considered as pleading guilty right? and here is my next question would a system like this uphold in court? Even if one of the parties refuses to provide the fingerprint information to validate it? If any of you has information about this I would be very gratefull. I'm not looking for just the situation in america or europe. I prefer to have a system which would be accepted worldwide. I'm also open to sugestions about other ways of doing the same thing.

I was wondering, which country would have the cheapest high-end graphics cards? (1080, 1070) I'm thinking either China due to factories being placed there and the US because the HQ of AMD + Nvidia are there. Anybody have any experience with these things? Thanks in advance.

Hey, I was wondering how many people or how many city's, towns and so on have hacker spaces? I currently go the biggest one in Canada known as skullspace (Look it up, I have a photo from there of me and a friend trying to brake ninjaflex, didn't go so damn well). I was just wondering what your city's hacker space is like. What would you like to see in your city's hacker space if your city didn't have one? Just wondering because maybe LMG should open a hacker space to make extra money and do workshops with fans! If I had the money to fly out there I would join a hacker space that would be hosted by LMG. What about you guys?
