Greetings! I'm in the process of building PC for work with office stuff. I confronted with weird behavior, looking forward for advises. System specification: new Gigabyte GA-A320M-H (rev. 1.1) - serial number starts with SN2020, as far as I know it means it have been manufactured 20th week of year 20; new Ryzen 3 3200g; new HyperX HX426C16FB3K2/16 - is a kit of two 1G x 64-bit (8GB) DDR4-2666 CL16 SDRAM; used PSU Thermaltake 850W P/N:W0131 - overkill for such system but it were gathering dust on a shelf, no reason to buy another; none drives connected. The problem: No signal to a monitor! Tried both outputs from motherboard DVI-D and HDMI to different monitors. Monitors and cables are fine for sure. What I tried: I add to the system 1080 TI from my gaming PC. I connect DVI-D to the video card. HDMI still connected from motherboard to another monitor. I boot up the system. It launches as it supposed to be. Getting signal to a monitor through DVI-D. I check BIOS version. It is F50. I change setting "Initial Display Output" from "Auto" to "IGD Video". I do "Save $ Exit". System restarts as it supposed to be. Getting signal to a monitor through HDMI from motherboard connection. Turn of the system and disconnect the discrete video card. On system boot up there is no more signal to a monitor through HDMI from motherboard connection. As Gigabyte assure, the motherboard supports the CPU with BIOS version F40 or higher. Should be ok with current F50. I don't get it, why it works only with discrete video card connected? I made a video showing the issue: I tried it with different monitor with motherboard HDMI connection (in video I use DVI-D) - same behavior. I tried it with different discrete video card (GTX 460) - same behavior.

i want to use the igpu for gaming and the nvidia card for encoding .i don't have a display port adapter for the nvidia card so i can't see what im doing on the monitor.I tried setting the igpu as the primary but it just turns on with a black screen .using this on a x470 msi gaming plus. please help.i cant get the adapter because of the quarantine .it only works when i take the card out.

I want to overclock my Vega 8 from Ryzen Master. But after i applying it then a couple of seconds later my pc start to freeze then bsod with the message "VIDEO TDR FAILURE, stop code: atikmpag.sys". My mobo & ram are: Asrock AB350m-HDV & 2x4GB V-Gen Tsunami 3200Mhz cl-16.

Hi, so my brother came up to me and said his dual monitors are no longer working. I took a look and it turns out that the Vega 8 graphics display adapter is no longer appearing in Task Manager nor Device Manager. He claims he was uninstalling Steam and accidentally uninstalled AMD drivers, although I'll be honest and say I had no idea there was AMD drivers, since when I set Windows up, no additional drivers were needed. What I've tried so far: Looking in BIOS/UEFI for enabling iGPU - no luck finding that option, and even reset defaults just to check Unplugging the HDMI cable that goes into the motherboard This is an old screen shot that showed how it used to work: With the setup above, he was able to use dual monitors, one through the Vega 8, and the other through his 1050 Ti. I've had no luck so far in trying to attempt to get the Vega 8 graphics up and running, so any advice and/or assistance is appreciated.

I bought an Asus laptop which came with a Ryzen 5 2500U and a GTX1050 with 8GB RAM, I want to know if I can disable de Vega 8 integrated graphics in the Ryzen CPU since it does nothing but use RAM. Also, I would like to know if it could be done the other way, can I disable the GTX 1050? I would like to do it because it would improve battery life when I'm doing lite work on the go as the Vega GPU is enough for that and I don't need the RAM. If not, I would like to know how to disable the Vega 8 and get the 2GB out of 8GB of RAM it is using free. I won't be using 2 GPU's at once so I want to know if I can disable either of them.

Is a GTX 750 Ti 2 GB DDR5 with Memory frequency 4000 MHz and Core frequency: 650 MHz and Chip process: 28 NM better than a Ryzen 3 2200G Vega 8 2 GB? Thanks.

Hey guys, I have an AMD Ryzen 3 2200G with Vega 8 Graphics. My budget is very low, so can anyone tell me a card which is slightly better than the Vega 8 and cheap too. Something like a difference of 10-15 FPS is what I need... Thanks.

I'm currently building a budget buid consisting of Ryzen 3 APU. In future tho I am looking forward to buy RX570. I was thinking, is it possible to ccrossfire Vega 8 with RX570? The APU must be put to some use afterall...

Hello friends, I have a problem that I do not know if someone else has happened to him. I have a ryzen 3 2200g, 2x4gb ram to 2400mhz, no OC gpu or cpu. I play with the integrated in 720p monitor and I am doing well. A few days ago I ventured to record games with my integrated gpu. The problem comes when I finish recording and I see how it is in video, and I'm taken with the surprise that was recorded with stutter, but I did not have any stutter when I played. That is strange to me and I have asked for help in other places but nothing has yet given an answer. Someone told me something about codecs but I do not understand well. I already reinstalled drivers again and again, and still nothing.I have recorded with OBS, Relive, Action and others, and they all look the same, with small or long and constant stutters at times. I have Ryzen 3 3200-G processor with 8 gb of ram no GPU but integrated vega 8 graphics and I want to play gta V. So how much fps can I get?

I'm going to start off by saying that I do have someone helping me to actually overclock the APU and that they have overclocked pc parts before, I'm just wondering if it is even worth overclocking the APU at all if I can't afford a GPU.

Got a laptop (hp pavilion) with a ryzen 5. wondering how to access the advanced bios to add more dedicated V-ram for demanding games like pubg. any small tweaks to the 3d settings would also be appreciated.

I recently build a new Ryzen System and adjusted clock speeds and voltage. I've tested the clock speeds using Prime95 and Cinebench both the CPU and GPU validation. The Ryzen is running at 3.5GHz with 1.2V set in the Bios (I have disabled the boost). The GPU part is running at 1270Mhz with 1.1V SOC and 1.1V GFX voltage. (any higher clock speeds or voltages usually makes windows blue screen, something with driver failed) but I want I silent anyway, so no extra voltage. Memory is on XMP settings. After I tested 1350Mhz for the first time at 1.2V SOC and 1.225V GFX the APU is making strange noises when having a 3D app open like the OpenGL test of Cinebench or a VideoGame from steam. It does not occur when playing 4k 60fps HDR on youtube, which is more than the APU can handle (100% load and stutter). I dialled back the overlock to the above setting, which never resulted in a blue screen. Still everytime now I run a game or Cinebench OpenGL I hear this strange noise. (There is the possibility that I just haven't noticed the noise before I tested this OC) There are two Load-line Calibration settings in the BIOS which I set to low. To avoid voltage spikes and additional heat. Attached is a recording when I used the PC open bench and recorded with my iPhone. A game was open while the recording was made and when the noise disappears, I closed the game. I am running Windows 10 64 bit. The April creators update. The driver is Adrenalin Edition 18.5.1 from AMD. Mainboard: Gigabyte AB350N-Gaming Wifi (Bios 23d) Ram: Corsair CMK8GX4M2B3000C15R Vengeance LPX 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR4 3000MHz CPU-Cooler: NH-L9A-AM4 LOW PROFILE COOLER SSD: ADATA ASX6000NP-128GT-C 128GB XPG SX6000 M.2 SSD M.2 2280 PCIe Gen3x2 The case with power supply: In Win BQ696 Chopin mITX 150 W Power Supply PC is connected to a TV using 4k 60hz via HDMI2.0. The noise does not sound like coil whine. It's slightly annoying since I want to use this a silent HTPC for 4k Video Playback and Steam in-home streaming. Title says it all. Does it support Relive to record gameplay footage or even use for streaming? Haven't seen reviewers answer this question on the new Ryzen APUs, both the desktop chips and the laptop chips

Vega 8/11 uses system ram as vram for demaning games like gta V witcher 3 etc...now for gta v with 8 gb ram ..vega apu can sustain 35-70 FPS even after HDD memory is swapped despiteHDD is slow and gta V should have shuttered ......but it is not while HD 610 being weaker doesn't stutter until ram gets full and starts the HDD space swap for memory....question is why vega apu despite powerful but still has to look for memory from HDD once full doesn't stutter Some said HD graphics has low memory bandwidth causing the stutter...but how low bandwidth causing the ram getting full..as it is the only reason i am seeing gta V shuttering on HD 610..heavily,....
