I've been playing helldivers 2 lately but im noticing that my i7/13700f is running 100% 3-4 ghz when it normally runs 40% 5 ghz. This is causing my 4070 to bottleneck when in game and it only happens in helldivers 2. This screenshot is when im idle but sometimes my gpu sits at 60-70% and i cant do anything about it. Any tips?

So I first discovered this problem when i was trying to play roblox and warzone on my pc, i would get like 5 fps on warzone and some random days i would get like 15 fps on roblox on the lowest graphics settings. I fixed the roblox issue by closing my extremely large amount of browser tabs open, but this didnt help warzone. I did a usertesting benchmark and it said everything is underperforming EXCEPT my hdd. I never checked if it was doing this before, but all games ran completely playable on low settings 1080p. PC specs: gtx 1650 super ryzen 5 3600 2x8gb tforce rgb 3600mgz ddr4 evga 600w psu silver certification 120gb m.2 ssd asrock b450m steel legend mobo 1tb velociraptor 10000rpm hdd Additional info that might be helpful: I leave my pc running 24/7 with a restart around every month i used to cryptomine on it (but reset my pc afterwards) my m.2 ssd is very full and by hdd is about 3/4 full the screen used to glitch out a ton and the audio would get all messed up when i bumped into the pc even slightly, but does not do this anymore, idk why it stopped i tried to overclock the ram and about 2 weeks later the pc would constantly crash, had to bring it to best buy and they said my os got corrupted(not sure if related) task manager says no heating issues, and no resources really get past 30 percent use even when playing games(havent tested heavy load games) i occasionally edit videos on my pc i already cleaned out about 70 percent of the dust, my spray can was kinda weak though pc about 2-3 years old the ssd couldnt get tested properly, idk why though Any help is very appreciated, i will try to put a picture of my benchmark results

Finally upgraded my GPU from a 2070 and picked up a used MSI 3090 Ventus 3X that looks well kept. It is getting a 1080 preset furmark score of 15000 and from what I see it should be around 20000. I am seeing the core clocks maxing out around 1000Mhz and not sure what to do about that other than MSI afterburner and do a 750+ to the core clock. Is that something that is ok, will that potentially lead to issues, is there a better way to fix the low clock speeds? I know the 1080p score shows 1770 MHz but that is just a spike at the beginning and end when entering/exiting full screen or starting the test (not sure exactly what causes the spike). Watching the core clock during the test it bounces wildly between 915 and 1005. GPU temps max at 60C and have a Corsair Platinum 750W PSU.

As the title already states, been upgrading recently from a gtx 1650 to 6650XT, I got almost the same performance on stuff like GTA, when a lot of ppl on YT get 120fps on ultra I get roughly 60-65FPS, same goes for Sons of the Forest (50FPS) and Control (70FPS) even Fortnite performs pretty bad (90FPS high settings). So I was wondering if I should send it back and get a new one or if someone could help me, maybe I forgot something. What I did: XMP enabled Uninstalled old drivers Installed new drivers Benchmarked (the GPU eats 157W max which is limit. Temps look fine 58°C and 70-75°C Hotspot) Been overclocking it a bit to increase the performance Benchmarked again (clocks are stable, still bad performance) Enabled resizeable bar Updated the BIOS Reinstalled drivers TimeSpy: Clock: 2950MHz Memory: 2350 MHz Core Voltage: 1150mV TimeSpy GPU Score: 10 637 This runs pretty stable been benchmarking it a lot System: GPU: RX 6650XT PowerColer Hellhound OC CPU: i5-10400 Motherboard: MSI H410M-A Pro RAM: 32 GB Corsair Vengeance 3200MHz (runs on 2666MHz limited by CPU) PSU: 650W 85+ Bronze Storage: Samsung NVMe M.2 980 1TB Samsung QVO SATA SSD 2TB CPU-Cooling: be quiet! So, I post this again cause it have not been solved, I have an RTX3060Ti 8GB, i5-12400F, 32GB RAM (2x16GB), 500W 80+ PLATINUM PSU (its a simple build so it is enough) Whats the problem: It just underperforms. Examples CS:GO, GTA V, etc. in CS:GO I have 2-300fps the settings in-game does not matter I have almost the same performance with any of them, Screenshot: 4:3 resolution 16:9 native 1440p(same fps): For example just ran into a pc building VOD the pc has an RTX3060 and i5-10400f even lower spec then mine but got like 600 fps on inferno I HAVE 200-300?? even drops to the hundreds sometimes for GTA example video: With these exact same settings I've got 100-120fps and at the bushes dropped to the 60's example image: --->THING I TRIED UNTIL NOW<--- -I updated BIOS -Tried different GPU driver versions -Turned off G-sync, turned on G-sync (165hz monitor) -Checked temps, everything is PERFECT -Checked Clock speeds, My CPU does not running on its turbo clock speed it runs always on 3990Mhz when gaming (While watching videos it runs higher than 4Ghz) -Checked power usage, here I saw something strange, My PL1 power usage was limited to 55W when my CPU reached a certain temperature, but solved it by ThrottleStop, now it goes up to 90W if it has to but did not changed the performance sadly -I have Turbo enabled in BIOS So yes, this thing drives me crazy can somebody tell me what the heck can cause this? Changed RAM solved the power consumption problem but I have the same performance.

Hey! So My PC Specs: RTX 3060Ti, i5-12400F, 32GB RAM, 500W Platinum PSU (its a simple build it is enough), Checked temps everything is okay, but I have an overall lower performance then expected, in almost every game, I feel like I should be able to run them with better performance, for example heres zWORMz video: GTA V 1440P very high So yes hes using another CPU but if u watch test videos the AMD CPU what he using should perform the same as mine, So, as you can see CS:GO runs with 500fps on 1440p for him, For me it runs 200-300FPS with the same res and settings, also GTA V with the same settings my FPS drops to 80-90 in the city, but for him it stays on a stable 188fps, screenshots: Also CS:GO with the same specs as mine: I could never reach 600fps in mm, I have 200-300fps in every gamemode

I have an RTX3060Ti and an i5-12400F If you just go on youtube and search for a frickin 1650Ti and i5-12400F you can see CS:GO running with 300FPS and with my setup it should run flawless with 400,500-600fps BUT no. It runs like shit I have 160fps with an1440p monitor but thats not the problem if I run it on any resolution its just does not get better also minecraft runs shit I have like 200fps in frickin minecraft, but if I play GTA V it can run with 100+fps with 1440p full settings I just cannot understand, I have 16GB RAM (its single channel I already ordered other but I dont think thats the solution I mean I will not get 600fps plus in CS:GO just because of the RAM) I have Vsync and Gsync turned off I have the latest drivers I also tried with older ones I also checked the temperatures there are nothing to worry about, reinstalled windows changed settings in csgo changed some bios settings NOTHING HELPS, And I have no Idea why, CSGO should run better with higher graphics because then it should use more GPU but nope its always the same or even lower fps, I have 50%ish cpu and same 50%ish for the gpu can somebody HELP pls? I swear to god this makin me go crazy also I feel like I have input lag too, its just not a smooth experience

So yeah, as the title says I have an underperforming PC, RTX3060Ti i5-12400F 16GB RAM, the cooling is not the problem, The CPU and GPU works as it should work (tested them with HWmonitor etc.), for some reason if I turn off the CFG (Control Flow Guard) Exploit protection than I dont have stuttering but I have still low fps, I have a 1440P monitor it does not matter what resolution do I set in CS:GO it has the same results and same with other games too not only CS:GO, I have a 500W Platinum power supply wich is enough for that spec, I even have high input lag wich is killin me in CS pls help I tried literally everything I just hope somebody will say something that I did not tried yet (I reinstalled windows too)

I dont know what's causing the problem but I have bad performance, atleast with these specs I expect atleast minecraft should run with 500fps, I just tried playing Minecraft with my friend and I had 100%cpu usage and 97%gpu it was stuttering because of the cpu and I dont know why, When I watch a gameplay with those specs they have atleast 900fps with like 20%cpu usage. My PC is a Lenovo Ideacentre 5 17IAB7 I watched reviews and everything (in 1440p cuz I have a 1440p monitor) CS:GO in test videos they had 500fps in deathmatch on dust 2 I have like 110-230fps no where close to 500. Any ideas? CSGO is using 30%cpu and gpu and I have relatively low fps I checked the temperatures but its nothing to worry about, CPU is at 80 celsius max the GPU is at 60-70 (theres really no overheating, minecraft with a couple of mods is unplayable because of the frequent stutter) (I have to mention that I turned off cfg (config flow guard) because if its turned on I have even more stutters, also I did reinstall windows many times even other versions it does not change a thing) Here is my full pc stats:

Hi, I went to play Rainbow Six Siege which is known for being an easy game to run. I have the Asus Strix 3070 and I realized I was only getting 65 frames. My settings weren't anything crazy. I lowered the graphics a good amount and I still couldn't reach 165 FPS, I was getting around 120 FPS. I have an i9 9900k and I was on an nvme m.2. I looked up results of other people and they reached 230 FPS with a 3070 at 2k with high settings and they had a lower end CPU. Would anyone know the reason to this? Thanks

Hello, I have recently gotten a Lenovo Legion Y740-17IRH and I am having problems with the following games: Fortnite, Call of duty modern warfare, Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War, Minecraft, Forza Horizon4 and Rocket league(the laptop isn’t even a year old). I have done every optimization that you possibly can(update drivers, disable game bar and background recording, Background apps, nvidia control panel settings, power plan etc).Also my fans are not dusty so airflow is fine. My specifications are the following: GPU: RTX 2060 CPU: Intel i7-9750H Ram: 16gbs 2666mhz Storage: SSD In FORTNITE my frames are dropping from 160(capped) to 20-40 and after a little while it gets better but not fully gone. All my settings are on low except Render Distance and Textures. I have dlss performance and nvidia reflex low latency On Plus Boost. I also have replays off and etc. In COD my game crashes in the middle of a match and my frame rate isnt what it used to be but no frame drops. I have my graphics on max except RTX . I used to get 110-120 but now I get around 80-90. In MINECRAFT I get 40-60 frames when looking in the middle of the map and just normally playing but when I look down I get about 200. In FORZA I have my setting Preset on Ultra but I used to get 110-120 frames but now I get 70-80 and no frame drops. In ROCKET LEAGUE my game has massive frame drops at the start of a match and in the lobby. At first it was perfectly fine, nothing like this happened. If anyone knows what I can do please suggest anything. Also I have tweaked every setting so its not from game settings, Nvidia Control panel or windows settings. I would appreciate an opinion from a different point of view Thanks!

Idk why and how to fix this but my processor i7 6700HQ is under performing (66% avg) mine 35%, GTX960m (18% avg) 20.3% mine which is surprising Samsung Nvme 512GB (202% avg) mine 105% Samsung 16GB DDR4 Ram (42% avg) mine 38.2%. Everything is under performing except graphics card, any idea how to fix it? Thanks (Checked it on userbenchmark.com) -
It just annoy me, seen all youtubers performance in the game hit 120Fps+ on battlfield at 1440P and i just getting 60-70 fps in multiplayer at Battlefield 5. can someone give me advice what to do here?

i had my pc for a couple of months with these specs cpu + gpu : ryzen 5 4650g + vega7 mobo : b550 gaming plus ram : 16 gb (2*8) 3600 mhz crucial ballistix SSD : aorus 512 gb ssd HDD : 1 tb segate barracuda 7200 rpm Case : corsair 4000d airflow Cpu Cooler : Hyper 212 spectrum rgb Psu : seasonic core gx 650 watt 80+ gold and i didnt really compare the performance to any other pc with the same specs until recently when randomly i saw the cinebench mc score is supposed to be 9000+ so i downloaded it and ran it and i only got 8774 then i did it again after some time and it got 8554 then 8400 then 8270 even though its boosting to 4.2 4.3 ghz and nothing is running in the background and even in games it was underperforming compared to the benchmarks online is there a reason to this and what can i do ?

I got Forza Horizon 5 which is a great game but when I played it in some areas of the map I got 30fps on low settings and my GPU (GTX 1050ti) was at 99% usage. Other people in YouTube videos testing the card were getting between 50 and 60 fps. I got my PC in October 2021 and my old pc ran exactly the same card at normal performance. I have tested games I used to play on my old pc and they play worse on my new one. I have a problem with stuttering on my pc, I decided to have a look if it was my temps or anything related to cooling and they all seem to be fine. I checked to see if my power draw was fine and my cpu is getting enough power and it is. GTX 1080 Turbo Ryzen 7 2700x/ With stock AMD wraith stealth cooler Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200mhz ram Asus X570tuf gaming plus wifi Samsung 970 Evo plus 500gb NVMe as my main OS 1tb of Kingston SSD NZXT h510 Case If anyone can help me out, I really would appreciate it.

My brother got a pc and he managed to get a 2080 super but every game he tries to play it goes around to 15-60 fps and we can't figure out why. He clicked on the lowest settings but there was hardly any difference.

Hello! Firstly here are my specs AMD Radeon R5 M335 Intel Core is 6500U 2.5 Ghz 4CPUs 8GB DDR3 RAM 1TB HDD So basically i only play CSGO and ever since i switched to a new laptop (Dell Inspiron) I've been having issue after issue. I update all my drivers and softwares, cleanup every month, have had Windows reinstalled, have AMD control panel to maximise performance and my power plan is set to performance as well. Furthermore, csgo is set to the dedicated GPU in graphics settings too and all ingame settings are fully performance based. I play with a charger plugged in and an external cooling fan that was necessary otherwise it would get hot to the point where I had to have its body fixed as it got semi molten semi broken due to the heat. Now the temperature seems fine but u still get only about 50 fps average and 90 when I'm isolated in the map. Sometimes it'll drop to 30 and stay there for a while. I also play on 4 by 3 600x800 resolution. Lately I've noticed that my graphics card is underperforming. Games that I should be able to run just fine such as Dead by Daylight, Apex Legends and Skyrim are struggling to run over 70, even going down to 40 in some cases. Was wondering if you guys could help me out. I just recently built a brand new gaming pc, my first ever. And after closer inspection, it’s severely underperforming. My system is an EVGA RTX 3070 FTW Ultra Gaming, Ryzen 5 5600X, 16GB of G.Skill Trident 3600, MSI B550 Tomahawk, and an m.2 Samsung 980. I’ve installed all the latest drivers, I went into the bios and nothing seemed wrong there, My only suspicion is the PSU cables, but I have an EVGA 750 supernova so that should be fine, it says both the cpu and gpu are running at the standard clock speeds, and I have great temps. I could really use anyone’s help because my 3070 is running like a wet napkin, and on time spy I only got a score of 2000. Thank you anyone who can help me

Components: -MSI B450M Pro-M2 Max Mainboard Ryzen 5 3600 3,6Ghz -Nvidia RTX 2060 Super -16 GB (2x8GB) RAM 3200Mhz (I activated XMP Profiles in the BIOS) -960GB SSD -Standard AMD CPU Cooler -be quiet! Power B9 - 600W 80 Plus Bronze Power Supply -Corsair Carbide Series 175R RGB -Only one case fan pulling air in When playing BFV for instance I experience: -60-70% CPU Usage running at 4 Ghz at 80-90 degrees Celcius (176-194 degrees Fahrenheit) -70% GPU Usage at 70-80 degrees Celsius (158-176 degrees Fahrenheit) -67% RAM Usage (-50% off SSD space is occupied) 1. Why isn‘t everything used to it‘s maximum? 2. Why am I experiencing horrible FPS compared to what my PC should deliver? I have watched another guy in BFV with the same CPU, GPU and RAM have 50 FPS more than I do. And it‘s not an issue with ingame settings that I incorrectly dialed in. I also see underperformance in other games. Thank you very much for taking your time to try to help me in advance!

Hey! So I have a new build and it seems to be underperforming, all my drivers are up to date and such. Rtx2060 6GB Ryzen 5 2600 16 guys of RAM 3200mhz ROG crosshair VII hero motherboard 1000 watt PSU 1TB HDD not a SSD (ik I need to get one) Any help would be awesome! Thank you guys, be easy on me . Also I'm only getting an unreliable 60fps on coldwar with settings at medium and maybe 50/55 in cyberpunk with the settings messed with. Basically can't get near 100fps on any games besides old ones lmao

Spec list Gpu: Nvidia RTX 2080 Cpu: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X Cpu Cooler: Stock Motherboard: rog strix b450-f gaming Ram: 32gb Psu: Corsair RM Series™ RM650 80 PLUS Gold Fully Modular Fans: 3 front intake, 1 back exhaust I recently started to notice that my performance in games was lower than expected. I downloaded novabench and found out that my gpu was performing significantly lower than it should have been. I also started seeing strange errors like: video tdr failure and video scheduler internal error. So i'm hoping someone has a decent solution for me. My only theory is that the psu doesn't give enough wat, but I thought 650 would be enough (My gpu driver and windows is up to date and i tried to reinstall my driver)

My laptop that i got about 10 months ago was working fine until i noticed some performance issues on minecraft and many more games. Is there any solutions on how to make them work like they were brand new again?

I recenlty reinstalled my windows. I installed nvidia gameready driver, my bois is also up-to-date, I also dusted off my pc coomponents. but my gpu is not performing up to the mark like it was earlier. It is performing worst. Could anyone please help me out and help me to trouble shoot my problem. my rig- CPU- Ryzen 7 2700 GPU- Nvidia 1660 super RAM- 16 gig Thank You
